Ive been reading this book called "Possessed". The novel that inspired the exorcist book and film, anyways the boys parents who were Lutheran, their pastor told them they should contact the Catholics because they know more about these kind of things, after his attempts of prayer failed… Now i do believe that demonic possession is alive and real…. Hows come we hear more about success of exorcisms throughout the Roman Catholic Church?? Although i will say they only research ive done as far as a huge failure was Emily Rose. "Annalese Michel"… Proclaimed a saint… any thoughts?
The church has always maintained that each diocese have at least one trained exorcist/priest. The Vatican trains them specifically, even to this day.

To be honest… I dont think the Catholic church ’specialises’ in Exorcisms. Im Catholic, and we never even talk about it much. The first time I heard about Exorcism was when I heard about ‘The Exorcism of Emily Rose"
However, I find it hard to believe demon possession is even possible.

They didn’t mention it in the book, but it was revealed that the map would have reactions to phrases close to the password until they figured what the password really was and it opened.

every year as part of the family family traditions during the holidays, the whole family bakes something to give to their friends and relatives. this year they decided to make some special pastries. mama family was very careful to make sure they baked plenty so there would be plenty to give away. if there was anything the family liked better than baking, it was eating what thye baked. so during the night, papa got up and ate one third of the pastries. as he started back to bed, he noticed his dog looking very hungry, so he gave one pastry to his dog. ed was the next to get up. he planned to eat one fourth of the pastries but when he separated them into four piles he found there were three pastries left over. he fed those three pastries to his dog and then ate one fourth of the remaining pastries. lisa then got up and ate one third of the remaining pastries. as she was heading back to bed, her dog whined, so she gave it two pastries. judy was the last to get up and she consumed eight pastires but then gave one eighth of the remaining pastries to her dog. when mama went into the kitchen the next morning she found a lot of crumbs, ants and only 14 pastries. mama sighed, realizing that again this year they would have no pastries to give away. she ate two, gave two to her dog, and then spilt the remaining pastries evenly for her whole family, including herself, to have for breakfast. how many pastries did the family bake orginially, and how many pastries did each person consume?

Ok, so we had to wait 4 months until we could start a relationship(long story), so we have been offically together for a month and 2 weeks now. On the first day we began our relationship, it was at his 18th party and he introduced me to ALL of his family and friends present, Im his first gf he has done this before with, he then asked to meet my parents, so, a month later he did. My friends all thought it was too soon, and i ignored them, although i was thinking maybe they were right.
That was 2 weeks ago, i havent seen him since because I have alot of exams going on at school, but we keep in touch with texts and phone calls, we had a conversation through text the day after he met my mum and dad were he basically told me he loved me but didnt want to say it over text. I was really happy when he told me this because I really like him, but then i realised he is going to expect me to tell him i love him too, and I dont know if i do yet?
Then, last night he mentioned how he cant wait till i turn 18 (which is 8 months away) and then he said this, "you do realise that if you liked football we would be married by now?" and i replied(keeping it all a joke) "its not legal? lmao" and he said "In 8 months it will be:) im joking" ……. I know he was joking, but i didnt find it very funny!!!!!! Im 17, i dont want to even think about marriage!!! He also once brought up the idea of us having kids!! and he always says how i will be his forever, he even wrote me a song, i was flattered and i really really like him, i just never thought i would be in a relationship like this so young!! I want to live first!! and my parents arent exactly his biggest fans either, so its all very difficult, i dont know what to do!! please help!!!

It sounds like he is scared of loosing you, he hasnt been so far in a relationship. tell him to slow down and take him out more often and do stuff together, tell him exactly what youv said here, this may upset him a little but ensure him that you do feel the same for him too but its far to early to be thinking of kids etc

well you can tell him that you cant wait untill your 18, but you would like to go live a little first. tell him you can still stay together, but your not sure. when you do turn 18, have an hour of that day reserved for him. that ought to make him feel better.
ask your parents about it. since they’re not happy about it either than they would be willing to help.

You have to tell him to slow down. way down. He is going way to fast, especially at such a young age. Let him know gently but firmly that you appreciate his respect for you, but that you would like to take things a little slower. Tell him that you really like him and enjoy your time together, but you do not want to rush into things. If he truly wants to show that he likes you, he will respect your decisions and follow through. If he keeps on being pushy, tell him again, and be serious about breaking things off unless he changes. He has no right to take advantage of you.

Oh it seems to me this is such a familiar story. In my experience guys often fall in love way too quickly and set themselves up for heartbreak as much, if not more, than girls.
Before he says the L word you need to say that you feel like things are moving too fast. Don’t blame it all on him, but definitely make it clear that you need to take things slower. You should do this before he says he loves you and make sure you let him know that you really do like him and want to spend more time with him having fun and getting to know eachother better, so he can save a little face.
If he really does care about you, and it isn’t just infatuation, he will respect you enough to calm it down a bit.

You have gone to a lot of trouble to put your thoughts and feelings into this question so it is a serious situation you find yourself in.
First love is both a passionate and loving period in your young life and one you will remember with great affection over the passage of time. You are flattered but at the same time scared of how fast this relationship is travelling and you are quite right to think this young man needs to slow down otherwise it is going come to a grinding halt with a great deal of hurt on both sides.
Yes you like him, of course you do. You are flattered by all this unexpected emotion and attention. You simply have to tell him to slow down otherwise you will be turning your back on him because he is moving into your space far too quickly. You need to tell him too that you want a life, to finish school, to go to college, to explore, to make new friends, to go out to work and that no way, are you ready for a relationship of the kind he clearly has in mind. You have to be very firm with him otherwise he will manipulate you into his way of thinking. Tell him you do not want to hear his song right now, that children are not an option at all. Tell him too his "jokes" are not funny nor are they even kind.
This young man may be 18 but he is still very young and immature, unworldly and inexperienced in an adult world. He needs to spread his wings and fly, make something of himself in an adult world, learn anything and everything he can about Life, about relationships, how to behave, how to treat others especially girls, find some values and morals too. Clearly he still lives at home just as you do and his parents would be sad if they were to learn what he has been saying to you, the so-called jokes even if did not mean them (he meant them at the time you can be sure of this).
When you tell him how you feel and why and he still will not listen, however much you like him, share your apprehensions with your parents. They only want what is best for you and this unconditional. If needs be, perhaps they can either talk to this lad or even to his parents so it is all out in the open. Right now, it seems he is the one who is controlling the relationship and on his terms without any thought for what his words or actions are doing to you. Be firm with him, remain adamant as to what you want from the big adult world outside your home and school, stick to these plans. Tell him you are not amused by his so-called jokes, that they are in very poor taste and you dislike what he is trying imply.
Be strong, be in control, show him you are not amused by some of the things he is saying to you, tell him you want a Life after school and it does not include a deep relationship. Being friends rather than boy and girl friend means you can remain detached from him. Widen your own circle of friends to exclude him. Stand tall, be resolute and don’t be intimidated by him.

Hello I’m Nick I am 14 years old and I do not want to live here anymore. My life is a living hell lets start off I grew up in an abusive home with no father ever since I can remember I have been abused and neglected. My mother used to beat me for no apparent reason which drove me to attempted running away between the ages of 6 and 13 when I was younger my mom would lock me in my room or leave me alone when she left so I ran off but soon came back but by the time I came back my mother was there waiting. She used to beat me with multiple things until I was 12 things like bungee cords whips hangers and belts. She almost never fed me and when she did she took half the food for herself so her friends would feed me behind her back. She eventually started feeding me more and took less but that was after I was 10. had always lived in apartments till I was 8. we had a house but it was soon lost because she got addicted to meth. We lost our house in 1 year because of her addiction and had to mover back into apartments. She even lied to me and said the bank stole our house. I started running off more and getting into fights so we moved again to another apartment complex more fights less beatings and more money for her. She pulled me out of public school in 8th grade and put me in computer school even though our computer barely worked then our house got broken into and I was blamed for it then it happened again and she kicked me out and sent me to my uncles. I stayed there for almost 6 months and was finally taken back after that not much happened our power got shut off twice and yet again sent back to my uncles house. We moved again to a new city after I turned 14 and it is my current residence but its still bad she lost her car can’t afford rent and one of my uncles moved in and he is an unemployed lazy selfish control freak who almost killed my dog he swears it was an accident (yeah right). I am failing school smoking and doing pot and have no friends anymore because of her. We are soon to be evicted because of the move and we might have to live on the street and since I was 3 I have done all the work around my house and other peoples if I need new clothes or shoes because my old ones are torn to shreds or don’t fit anymore I have to get the money to buy them myself because she is either to cheap to picky or to poor to get them for me and I am supposed to giver all my money. I cannot live here anymore please give me some answers.
You don’t go to school or I would suggest telling a guidance counselor. Since that is not an option call 1-800-932-0313 to report the situation and seek help., as it sounds like you may be in an abusive/neglectful environment.
Just a warning; you can be taken out of your current situation, but at 14 and using pot and smoking you aren’t likely to be adopted, just put in foster care.

No, you cant. you are not by law permitted to make decisions for yourself, as you cannot be your own guardian. What ever it is that has brought you to this point or the person you are referring to, go talk to someone, that is trusted and get some help for your problems.

the police department and tell them what you’ve told us. That is the your only chance at happiness at the present time that I can think of. Please get help for Yourself–she and her family are not there to help you. As you get older things are only going to get worse for you with her. You deserve so very, very much.By law you do have options. Insist on them now.
