What are my chances of getting into Harvard College?

I was a member of the Student Council, Debate Team, Drill Team, Track Team, Teenage Democrats, and I was the secretary of Future Business Leaders of America.
Over the summer, I volunteered at the County Library but I am not sure how many hours I have. (I record my hours i just don’t have them on me at the moment)

I am a member of my county’s Youth Leadership Program, I am president of the Sophomore Class, Vice-president of the National Honor Society, Assistant Secretary of the National Beta Club Chapter at my school, I am the youngest member on the battalion staff at my school for JROTC, I am a member of Model United Nations
I know there is a lack of consistency between the extracurriculars but I changed schools due to rezoning and that affected my plans.
I am taking AP Government this year (10th), next year I am taking AP Literature and AP U.S. History with the hopes of taking the SAT 2’s for both, and my senior I plan on taking AP Language, AP European History,AP Phsycology,or AP Economics, AP Statistics, and maybe an AP Science im not sure yet. (I am also going to try to take another SAT 2 to fulfill the requirement)
I have called the admissions officers to get an idea as to what my path should be for a sucessful high school career that can lead me to becoming a suceeful lawyer in the future so that is why I am questioning taking an AP Science.

While your academic is excellent, you need to do more in terms of community service and volunteering. Like you said, your extracurriculars are pretty generic. Do something that is different, that is big and has a huge impact…say volunteering in Haiti for example.
The second most important thing of all is your SAT/ACT score. You need to get a 2300+ to be in the rank of their caliber. Good luck.

My wifes been accused,should i get to the bottom?
my wife was accused of cheating on me years back with a guy that became my friend(i done everything to help this guy at that time and my wife became good friends with his wife ),her sister told other people that she cheated on me with this guy and it got to my ears six months after the fact,my wife has totally denied it and her sister says that she did and will not be portrayed a liar,theres not a month goes by i dont think of it ,should i get the two of them together and find out the truth,i wouldnt leave my wife after all these years but i think i deserve the truth,they have never spoken about it together with me only seperately with me although the sister inlaw wont tell me any details and my wife says she doesnt want the confrontation plus doesnt want it brought up again (reason being her family think im an idiot when i bring it up but if it was there son that was cheated on it would be blue murder,but i think i should force the issue.even tho it was years ago i still think it matters as if i did happen she made a total idiot of me and makes me think what if she done this with other guys and friends of mine,this was years ago and she shown nothing but love and honesty since then but i still think i deserve to know the truth if my wife was a cheater in the first five years of my marriage ,any opinions

People cheat because they’re unhappy with themselves or their situations. Marriage counseling is recommended to explore the issues that lead to this. Forcing two sisters to confront an issue isn’t the right way to go about it. IT won’t resolve anything and will break their relationship. Your wife’s reasoning about why she doesn’t want it brought up sounds a little fishy to me.Don’t bring the whole family into this. This is between your wife and you. Good luck.

Have you given thought to the fact that it may be her sister that has lied and there was no infidelity?
If you say you would not leave her I think you should believe your wife and tell the sister to butt out.
If the subject is brought up again tell the sister or other in-law that you will not tolerate it and the next time the subject is brought up you will leave. You will have to have your wife back you up on this. The next time the subject is spoken about then you and your wife both get up and leave. If you are at their house you and your wife should get up and leave. If they are at your house request that they leave. Make it clear that you believe your wife and you will not tolerate any more on the subject.
This should take only once to get your point across.
Talk to your wife, make it clear to her that you believe her about this and then let the subject drop. This means that you do not bring it up and neither does she.
Valentines day is fast approaching and this would be a good time to make this declaration with her and her family.
If on the other hand you want to know the "truth" just to bring it up every time you have an argument then you need to rethink your statement that you would not leave her. Bringing this up at each argument will do nothing but make this incident bigger and bigger.
By the way consider the cost of all the advice you will get much of it will be worth exactly what you are paying for it. This is a slight hint that maybe you (possibly both of you) need to talk to someone about this.

What causes a chevy 305 to lose power going up hill?
It’s a 79 chevy G20 van 350 turbo trans on a straight stretch it will do great and take off on flat ground is great.
Hit the hill with speed it starts to lose power and speed.
I wish it still had the 350 4 bolt in it 305 came out of a 79 nova.
Could be an ignition problem. My 94 G20 did the same. Changed plug plug wires cap and rotor and all was better. Although a 305 is not a super powerful motor and you could be suffering from lack of power. I would try the ignition stuff to be sure. Less than $100 if you do it yourself. Kind of a pain to work on, but can be done by a backyard mechanic.

First make sure the gas and air filter are clean. Take the engine cover off, loosen the 4 bolts holding the distributor cap on, take the vacuum line off the carb that goes to the advance, and suck on it while you lift the cap a bit to see if the advance is working. If it is, put the cap back on, hook the hose back up and loosen the hold down bolt to just enough so you can move it, and pull the advance towards the front a 1/4 inch or so. Go drive the van without the cover on, keep advancing the distributor, until it
pre -detonates , or pings, then back off the disributor just a hair til it quits pinging! If you don’t have to get smog checked, pull the hose off the EGR valve, put a screw in the vacuum line . This will make the van run a lot better, and gain some mpg to boot!

I need help with my work wardrobe?
So, I have quite a bit of clothes, and some great tops/etc.. but never end up wearing them at work for a few reasons (too evening, too cold -it is freezing in my building, etc..-). I feel like I am always wearing the same safe boring stuff and don”t feel good when I walk out the door in the morning.
Last summer, I did an evalutation of my wardrobe, decided on what I needed to do and went to Banana republic. It ended up being welcome by Super Sales Guy who totally sold me on a trying a bunch of things. He was fantastic. He made try on a few things that i would have NEVER considered but absolutely looked great on me, and gave that little something extra.
Now, this is great, but it was all summer stuff… and I dont think he works there anymore
We are in the dead of the winter, I went to BR online and at the store, tried on almost every single sweater and it was all wrong..
I need another of these, spend a few hours, try on a bunch of things trip but I have no idea where to go to get a) good advice b) nice stuff c) without being way crazy expensive
Anyone has any ideas?
Would that be like a personnal shopper? Do any store offer that?
I am sooo fed up with shopping…
thanks these are really great. the one thing thought is it is super cold where i live, and I am always freezing at work. That is what makes it so hard to stay put together when you just want to wrap yourself in a blanket
i think that a reallly good store is jcrew. It can be expensive but if u get stuff on sale it isnt bad. There thuff ir really well made and i love it! I am pretty sure that on their website that have a person that can help u. here are some of their clothes i think are really cute!!(:

hey everyone…my ex-gf broke up w/ me abuot 2 months ago. things were so good for a year and a few months and we planned on marriage. we had done all the family introductions and looked at rings and life was perfect. then we hit some snags for a few months and she broke up with me . i’m heartbroken. she says she isnt mad at me but is not considering a 2nd chance…even though I am shocked, because we had it all going so well. Here’s my question:
-I want to do something cheesy like play "In your eyes" on a boombox outside her window like Say Anything, or ask her to meet me on the Golden Gate Bridge on Valentine’s Day like in Sex and the City. Help with my HP Photosmart C6300 series printer.?
I just bought this printer, and every time i print something it prints out three blank pages first before it prints what i actually want. 2003 chevy silverado 4.8l v8?
ok this morning i got stuck but its not 4wheel drive… i got out but i was wondering y only the driver side rear tire turns… is there something wrong!!!… also if i kick it down from say 20 mph it wants to fish tail… could it be the almost bald passanger tire…plz help..

One wheel spinning is normal, that is how an open differential operates. The only way to make both wheels spin is to have a limited slip differential or a locker in the rear axle.
It fishtails because you are making the rear tires spin. Trucks are light in the back and will spin tires easier than a car. If it’s wet or slick then yes the bald tire will make this worse, not so much on dry pavement.

no locking differential.. if i were you i would take it up to your dealership.. pay the $350 and $100 to have a locking diff put in.. they just have to take the diff apart and replace a few parts.. 350 in parts 100 in labor should be about right.. if i ever own a 2wd truck it has to have a locking differential or limited slip differential
